The proposed system is completely a web
based on application of internet and intranet.
Any company salesman can easily login
into the system and enter their daily
sales as well can view the proposed budget
for the next day, week and month. Apart
from that, the application also allows
the employees to maintain their user account,
maintain user hierarchy and most importantly
it allows employees to generate some timely
yet properly formatted reports which helps
the management to take some timely decision
as well as future sales projections. All
information required is made available
to the employees at a distance of some
mouse clicks. Proper security measures
are taken before processing any requests
by use of proper authentication system.
Functional Requirements:
Allows the salesman to login and enter
the sales data and view the budget which
he has to achieve in the next day/week.
Allows the supervisor to login and check
the daily sales status as well as to place

can also maintain the user hierarchy as
well.
Allows the administrator (Manager) to

make the budget.
